Description: Trencin Castle is located above the town of Trencin.
The castle is a National cultural monument and also is a part of Trencin Museum.
Trencin Castle was built in the Bronze Age.
In the times of the origins a royal castle had been the old Great Moravia hill-fort-roost.
In 1780 the castle burned down and in the half of the 20th century was started the reconstruction.
