Novohrad Museum and Gallery Lucenec was settled in 1955 as a District Homeland Museum at Halic.
The museum seats in a historical building (cultural monument) - former zhupa court.
The expositions of the museum documents the history of the region (Novohrad) - especially development of the glas, enamel and pottery industry.
