Description: Ethnography Museum in located in a village Smizany, near to Spisska Nova Ves (eastern part of Slovakia) on the edge of the national park Slovensky raj (Slovak paradise).
Ethnography Museum Smizany is a branch facility of the Museum of the Spis Region.
The museum was set up in 1991.
The exposition of the museum shows the traditional folk culture of the Spis Region from the 2nd half of the 19th century to the present times.
