Hi Lenka,
Yes we had an excellent holiday thanks. All went like clockwork. Taxi service to and from the resort was excellent. The hotel was really nice, excellent rooms. Food was to a very high standard. The services ie Ski hire etc were very good and ideally located in the hotel. The location of the hotel was in a great, right next to the ski lift. The slopes were superb, well maintained and minimal ques at the lifts which moved very fast anyway. I will definately be recommending Jasna as a resort to fellow skiers/boarders. Thanks for all your help in organising this holiday Lenka. It really was magical :-)

We are all safely back home after a week in heaven :-)

It was snowing every day so we could go snowboarding every day in new "powder" snow. The Chopok mountain is just great for off pist rides. Just one accident when one of us strained his ankle.

We think that the facilities at the Grand hotel is great. We couldn't have gone snowboarding every day if we didn't have a sauna and pool to dip into in the afternoon! Many of us used the treatment service as well.

We can't actually complain about the service at the hotel, but we couldn't help noticing that there was not many smiles to see from the personnel, special in the reception and in the ski rental.

Thank you again for good service and help with our bookings this year too!

Dear Alena,
we had 3 fantastic skiing days in Jasna with 15 cm powder the last day. The hotel was fine but we would not rate it with 4 stars.

Food was excellent (breakfast, dinner), wellness area including sport shop and ski locker room as well as the free internet connection. Unfortunately, the heating system in the rooms cannot be regulated so to sleep well the window has to be open the whole night long (which is stupid concerning the energy costs). Radio, lights and TV had to be set by me, looks like the room was not used before this season. A safe was really missing in the room. A little booklet with al the possiblities of the hotel in and around Jasna was also missing.

Personel at the reception was not so well trained, seemed to have problems with the media like telephone, pc, etc. and not immidately looking after guest's conerns. But the crew behind the bar and in the restaurant were fast and fit.

Anyhow we will recommend Jasna and Grand Hotel to our friends and collegues.

We had a very good time in Jasna!

The hotel was nice and the slopes where great! We liked the services at the hotel and we used them all :-) Massage and the pool was all great. The food was very good too.

The rooms could be al little bit more renovated, but we was hardly at the room.

Thank you for good service and it was easy to book hotel through you. We would love to go back next year!
